If you would like to sign up for our online booking, please fill out our new client form.
We’ll make you a profile and send you a ‘Welcome’ email.
Sometimes the e-mail gets sent to Spam, so be sure to check both your inbox and Spam Folder.
If you don’t receive the Welcome email within 24 hrs, please send us an email, and we’ll resend it.

When booking more than one dog, the system will only allow you to book one per time slot if they vary in size categories,
but your appointment for each of your dogs will be at the earliest time selected.

If you didn’t sign up for online booking on our new client form and would like to, or if you would like to transfer from our Palo Cedro location to Redding, please send us an e-mail and we’ll send a link to access your existing account. In the e-mail, please include your full name, and the e-mail address you’d like to sign up with.
